* $600 per main room: (living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining, game room, office, outdoor space, etc.)
* $300 per smaller room: (bathroom, entry, hallway, etc.)

Our full-service design package is designed to give you a competitive edge without the stress. We take care of every detail, from understanding your target market, analyzing competitors, creating design concepts to furniture sourcing, contractor coordination, installation, staging, and photoshoot direction.

If you're handling most of the planning, ordering, and installation yourself but could use some expert guidance, a design consultation is an excellent solution!
- Design Consultation by the hour
- You can walk us through your space in person or though photos. We will answer and give you guidance on any of the questions you have.
- A consult is a great option to help you with things such as: an initial design layout, a tricky layout, decision making, etc.
Price: $250 per hour
